My clients are a growing AI cybersecurity company focused on helping enterprises discover, test, and remediate vulnerabilities at scale. AI-driven platform supports modern applications, including APIs, front‑end apps, and business logic; with offices in New York, San Diego, Paris, and Amsterdam. The Role We’re seeking a Head of Sales to lead and grow our US business.
This is a hands‑on leadership role with the chance to shape our US go‑to‑market strategy, drive enterprise revenue, and build a high‑performing team. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a US sales team (3 AEs, 1 Sales Engineer, 1 BDR) Own 50–70% of your quota while scaling team performance Build and maintain relationships with C‑suite and security leaders at enterprise clients Develop and execute US go‑to‑market strategies and sales playbooks Collaborate with international teams to drive global alignment Key Skills Required 4–8 years of sales experience, with 1–3 years managing teams Proven success in high‑growth startups or scale‑ups Experience in enterprise sales ($50k+ deals) and opening new markets Strong team leadership, communication, and multi‑stakeholder enterprise sales skills Familiarity with cybersecurity or application security challenges Desired Skills International team experience Background in DevSecOps, application security, or developer tools Track record of 150%+ quota attainment Expertise with modern sales methodologies Additional Information Lead US expansion of a breakthrough AI security platform Build and scale from Series A to IPO trajectory Direct access to founders and C‑suite leadership Competitive salary + commission, equity, and flexible work arrangements Opportunity for international collaboration and career‑defining impact #J-18808-Ljbffr
