Head of Provider Partnerships - Health Ai

Head of Provider Partnerships — Health Data AI, NYC — $155-170K base (OTE $205-220K) + equity

Founding team role at a fast-growing AI + real-world data company accelerating drug development. You'd own the provider data network end to end — from first pitch to long-term advocate.

You'll own:

• Sourcing, pitching, and signing new specialty practices and physician networks
• Running partners from signature to live — data agreements, EHR integration
• Ongoing engagement, clinical reviews, and retention
• Provider economics, revenue share reporting and payments
• Being the internal voice of the provider, shaping product and roadmap

What you bring:

• 6+ years in provider-facing roles — physician network development, MSO/specialty practice ops, or health data network growth
• Track record signing and managing independent physician practice partnerships
• Strong PM skills — juggling many implementations without dropping the ball
• Comfort with EHRs, de-identification, HIPAA, BAAs
• A relationship builder physicians actually trust
• Hybrid, NYC preferred (flexible for exceptional candidates)
