The Opportunity:

As Head of Marketing Operations, you'll define and lead the strategy that underpins marketing performance across SEG\'s portfolio of brands. You'll own our marketing technology ecosystem, optimise how we generate and measure demand, and ensure our marketing operations enable sustainable commercial growth.

Working closely with our Chief Marketing Officer, Practice Heads of Marketing, Sales leaders and Technology teams, you'll build scalable operating models, develop best practice across the Group, and champion innovation - including the adoption of AI - to help our marketing teams perform at their very best.

If you enjoy combining strategy, technology, data and commercial thinking to drive measurable business outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

As our Head of Marketing Operations, you will:

  • Develop and deliver SEG\'s Marketing Operations strategy across multiple brands and business units.

  • Own and evolve our MarTech roadmap, ensuring our technology supports future growth and operational excellence.

  • Act as the strategic owner of HubSpot, leading platform direction across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub and Data Hub.

  • Drive marketing automation, customer lifecycle management and lead management strategies to maximise commercial performance.

  • Build robust reporting, attribution models and executive dashboards that provide clear insight into marketing performance and pipeline contribution.

  • Establish governance frameworks, campaign standards and best practices that improve consistency and efficiency across the Group.

  • Lead AI adoption within Marketing, identifying practical opportunities to improve productivity, insight and customer engagement.

  • Partner closely with Sales Operations, Data, Product and Technology teams to deliver strategic growth initiatives.

  • Manage key technology partners, vendor relationships and commercial negotiations, ensuring strong return on marketing technology investment.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CMO and Marketing Leadership Team, helping shape the future direction of Marketing Operations across SEG.

What We're Looking For:

You\'ll bring:

  • Significant experience leading Marketing Operations within a complex, multi-brand organisation.

  • Deep expertise in HubSpot and modern marketing technology platforms.

  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation, attribution, customer lifecycle management and campaign operations.

  • Experience developing MarTech strategies, governance frameworks and scalable operating models.

  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful commercial insight.

  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence senior leaders across the business.

  • A commercial mindset focused on growth, efficiency and measurable outcomes.

  • Experience leading technology transformation and driving organisational adoption.

  • A passion for continuous improvement, innovation and delivering operational excellence.

Why Join SEG?

You\'ll join an ambitious organisation with significant investment in technology, data and marketing capability, where your work will directly influence commercial performance across multiple brands.

You\'ll have the autonomy to drive change, introduce new ways of working, and help build a best-in‑class marketing function that supports our long‑term growth strategy.

What We Offer:

Alongside a competitive salary, you\'ll receive:

  • 28 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, increasing by one day each year of service up to 33 days.

  • Private Medical Insurance (after successful completion of probation), including access to a private GP.

  • Life assurance from day one, providing cover of up to four times your salary.

  • Employer pension contributions after three months\' service.

  • Flexible benefits including the option to buy additional annual leave, dental insurance, enhanced healthcare, gym membership, cycle to work, electric vehicle schemes and Give As You Earn.

  • Three paid volunteering days each year, including two dedicated to supporting education.
