Build, maintain, and grow a structured portfolio of qualified leads across target markets worldwide
Develop outbound prospecting strategies — identifying and approaching potential clients, partners, and multipliers in architecture, design, and luxury travel
Own the full sales funnel — enquiries, proposals, booking conversion, invoicing, and post-trip engagement
Manage and activate the alumni community to drive referrals, repeat bookings, and brand advocacy
Track and report on pipeline health, conversion rates, offerings, and community engagement using CRM tools while ensuring a professional, personalized, and attentive client experience throughout the client journey

3+ years in sales, business development, or marketing in a preferably premium or culturally oriented context (luxury travel, design, arts, architecture, hospitality, or similar)
Demonstrated ability to build a client pipeline, not just manage inbound leads
Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) and comfort with SaaS-driven workflows
Proven track record with digital marketing, social media management, and content-driven brand awareness and lead generation
Comfortable working with international clients across multiple geographies and time zones
Genuine interest and professional experience in architecture, design, culture, or travel
Contract & Compensation
Part-time contractor position (30 hours per week)
Remote with occasional in person meetings (São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro)
Fixed compensation core with performance-based incentive structure aligned with individual contribution
This role is for you if
You're commercially sharp but genuinely relationship-driven. You know how to sell a high-end experience without being pushy. You're comfortable writing a compelling Instagram caption as you are cold-approaching a partner at an architecture firm, or personally following up with a client after their trip.
You have a genuine curiosity for architecture, design, and cultural travel. You thrive in a small, entrepreneurial environment where you shape the playbook rather than follow one, and you're energized by connecting people around the world with extraordinary architectural experiences.
If you this describes you, we would love to hear from you.
