Key Responsibilities Drive sponsorship revenue and build strategic brand partnership opportunities across events, IPs, creator-led campaigns, and integrated marketing initiatives. Identify, approach, and develop relationships with brands, agencies, media houses, creators, startups, and ecosystem partners to generate long-term business opportunities. Lead end-to-end partnership discussions, including prospecting, pitching, commercial negotiations, deal closures, and account management.

Conceptualize and sell experiential marketing solutions, integrated campaigns, influencer collaborations, branded content, and on-ground activations aligned with client objectives. Build and manage partnerships with government bodies, tourism boards, startup communities, incubators, educational institutions, and industry associations for collaborative initiatives and ecosystem expansion. Work closely with founders, creative teams, production, marketing, and execution teams to develop customized partnership proposals and impactful campaign ideas.

Represent the organization during client meetings, networking events, industry forums, entertainment properties, startup ecosystems, and business development opportunities. Create compelling presentations, sponsorship decks, commercial proposals, and strategic partnership plans tailored to different industries and stakeholders. Develop a strong pipeline of prospective clients and maintain healthy long-term business relationships to ensure repeat partnerships and revenue continuity.

Collaborate with creators and media ecosystems to identify innovative collaboration opportunities, audience engagement formats, and scalable partnership models. Track market trends, competitor activities, industry movements, and emerging experiential opportunities to drive business growth and positioning. Ensure timely coordination between clients and internal teams for smooth execution, delivery, and relationship management.

Take ownership of revenue targets, partnership deliverables, and business growth initiatives with a solution-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset. Preferred Candidate Profile 6โ€“12 years of experience in sponsorship sales, brand partnerships, experiential marketing, influencer marketing, integrated marketing, media sales, entertainment partnerships, or strategic alliances. Strong network and relationship-building capabilities within brands, agencies, creators, media, entertainment, startups, and cultural ecosystems.

Proven experience in handling client pitches, commercial discussions, and revenue-driven partnerships. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive opportunities from lead generation to closure.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative, and execution-driven environment. Chennai-based candidates preferred. Strong verbal communication in Tamil and English preferred.
