We're a small, fast-moving team and this is our 5th hire โ you will shape how Othor goes to market. The Role We're looking for a GTM Engineer who sits at the intersection of engineering, growth, and sales. You'll build the systems, automations, and tooling that power Othor's go-to-market motion - from outbound infrastructure and CRM pipelines to product-led growth experiments and US market penetration. This is not a traditional marketing or sales ops role. You will write code, run outbound, move fast, and own outcomes end-to-end.
You'll work closely with leadership to drive pipeline, close deals, and build the repeatable engine that takes Othor from early adopters to thousands of customers - starting with the US market. Compensation & Logistics Location: Remote / Bangalore, India Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at โน50,000/month Equity: Stock options included Incentives: Performance-based bonuses and commission structure on deals closed Availability: Partial overlap with US hours (EST/PST) required for US market focus What You'll Do Sales & Revenue Generation Prospect and qualify leads in the US market - targeting CEOs, Finance, Marketing, and Sales teams Conduct high-impact product demos that showcase Othor AI's value proposition clearly and compellingly Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closure Build and maintain a healthy pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets GTM Infrastructure & Automation Design and build scalable outbound systems - email sequences, LinkedIn automation, and lead enrichment pipelines Build integrations between product usage data, marketing tools, and sales systems Automate repetitive GTM workflows using scripting, APIs, and no-code/low-code tools Instrument conversion funnels and own the data pipeline from sign-up to revenue Growth Engineering Build and run product-led growth experiments - in-app onboarding flows, activation nudges, and referral loops Develop internal dashboards to give the team real-time visibility into GTM metrics Run A/B tests on messaging, channels, and conversion points Own the early access pipeline: waitlist sequencing, demo scheduling, and follow-up automations Market Strategy & Insights Develop and execute outbound sales strategies tailored specifically to the US market Analyze market trends, competitor positioning (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), and identify new opportunities Provide structured feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer discovery calls Represent Othor AI at virtual events, webinars, and industry conferences What We're Looking For Required 1โ3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, GTM engineering, growth engineering, or revenue operations Proven track record of selling to the US market with a strong understanding of US business culture Strong closing skills with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas Coding skills in Python and/or JavaScript - you can build scripts, APIs, and lightweight automations Hands-on experience with modern sales tools: CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outreach platforms Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; US accent preferred for sales calls Analytical mindset - you think in funnels, metrics, and experiments Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment Availability to work partial US hours (EST/PST timezone overlap) Bonus Points Experience at an early-stage B2B SaaS or AI startup (pre-Series A) Knowledge of the business intelligence or data analytics tools landscape Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise customers Familiarity with data tools - SQL, Mixpanel, Amplitude, dbt, or similar Exposure to AI/LLM-based products and how to position them to business buyers Active LinkedIn presence with an established professional network Experience with product-led growth (PLG) motions Why Join Othor AI Employee #5 - you will have enormous scope, ownership, and direct impact from day one Work directly with the founders on strategy, sales, and product direction Seed round in progress - join at the ground floor before the next phase of growth Competitive salary + stock options in a company with strong early traction Performance bonuses and commission - your upside scales with your results Remote-friendly with a home base in Bangalore, India You'll be building in the AI-native BI space - one of the fastest-moving categories in enterprise software What Success Looks Like In 30 days: You've mapped the GTM stack, booked your first demos, and shipped your first outbound automation In 90 days: You own a fully instrumented pipeline from lead to closed deal, are hitting quota, and the founders check your GTM dashboard daily In 6 months: You've closed meaningful US revenue, run growth experiments that measurably lifted signups and conversions, and built systems that scale without you
