R&D Engineer – Advanced Hybrid Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Systems Delhi NCR, India We are developing a next-generation hybrid refrigeration and air-conditioning technology with the potential to significantly improve energy efficiency, reduce operating costs, and redefine conventional cooling systems. This is a unique opportunity for a bright, passionate engineer to work directly with the founder on breakthrough concepts from design through prototyping, testing, and commercialization. Who We Are Looking For A highly motivated Mechanical or Thermal Engineer who: • Is fascinated by refrigeration, thermodynamics, and heat transfer • Enjoys solving difficult engineering problems • Likes hands-on prototyping and experimentation • Wants to contribute to potentially patentable technology • Is excited about creating a globally significant product Key Responsibilities • Develop and analyze innovative refrigeration and air-conditioning cycles • Design and size compressors, heat exchangers, and related components • Create 3D CAD models and engineering drawings • Build and test prototypes • Instrument systems and analyze performance data • Optimize efficiency, reliability, and manufacturability • Assist with technical documentation and patent support Desired Qualifications • B.Tech or M.Tech in Mechanical, Thermal, or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineering • 0–5 years of relevant experience (exceptional fresh graduates welcome) • Strong understanding of thermodynamics, heat transfer, psychrometrics, and refrigeration • Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ANSYS, or similar tools • Hands-on aptitude for prototyping and testing What We Offer • Opportunity to help create transformative cooling technology • Close mentorship and rapid learning • Exposure to R&D, prototyping, testing, and commercialization • Competitive compensation based on experience and capability • Potential long-term leadership role and performance-linked upside How to Apply Please send: 1.
