What You’d Do In This Role As a Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll own how we turn audience attention into meaningful customer relationships and measurable business impact. Your primary focus will be on driving third‑party to first‑party conversion into our owned ecosystem and continuously improving how users convert, engage, and stay. This is not a traditional campaign‑driven marketing role.
You’ll operate across the full customer journey—acquisition, activation, and retention—building and optimizing the systems that drive growth over time. You’ll develop and execute strategies that move audiences from third‑party platforms such as YouTube, social, and media into owned channels like email and web, and ultimately into deeper engagement within our ecosystem. You’ll identify friction points, improve conversion paths, and create seamless user experiences designed to perform.
A core part of this role is owning a structured experimentation approach. You’ll build and prioritize a testing roadmap, using data and insights to continuously optimize performance and move beyond one‑off campaigns to repeatable, scalable growth systems. You’ll work cross‑functionally with product, content, and channel teams to align on strategy, improve the customer experience, and ensure marketing is driving real business outcomes, not just activity.
