Historically supported by a shared service function, this newly created, standalone role reports directly to the Managing Director with a single mandate: accelerate business expansion by scaling revenue and new client acquisition.

When we meet the right decision-makers, we win; the bottleneck is simply volume, and your job is to drive the high-value client conversations that power our next phase of growth.

This isn't a generalist brand role, but a performance engine built to generate pipeline, open doors, and directly impact revenue.

What You'll Do

• Grow Organic Inbound: Optimise existing high-traffic search terms and scale conversions on key assets like our IT Salary Guide. Ensure all leads flow seamlessly to BD through our CRM.
• Drive Account-Based Marketing: Partner with BD on named target lists using coordinated LinkedIn, email, and tailored content campaigns. Build targeted sales enablement tools (one-pagers, case studies) for regulated buyers.
• Measure Revenue Impact: Track pipeline progression, conversion rates, and primary business metrics, Meetings, New Clients, and Sourced Revenue- rather than vanity metrics.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years in B2B demand generation or ABM, ideally in recruitment or professional services.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, email automation, GA4, Search Console, and CRMs.
• Strong B2B copywriter who can produce compelling, senior-level content.
• Commercial self-starter who thrives on pipeline metrics and revenue goals.
