Job Description
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Analyst (Paid Media) to work with our US client. They're a small but fast-growing agency (twice recognized as an Inc. 5000 company) focused on delivering exceptional marketing results through data-driven decision making. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys solving analytical problems, working with numbers, optimizing performance, and continuously improving marketing systems.
You'll be responsible for the operational execution of Paid Media campaigns, tracking, reporting, automation, and performance optimization while working closely with the Account Lead. Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Paid Media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) and/or LinkedIn Ads.
- Execute campaign optimizations based on performance data and ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities through data-driven insights.
- Set up, audit, and maintain advanced conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, including custom events, APIs, JavaScript implementations, and element visibility triggers.
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards using Looker Studio, Supermetrics, and other reporting tools.
- Use AI tools to improve productivity, research, reporting, campaign optimization, and workflow efficiency.
- Generate actionable insights from campaign data and recommend performance improvements.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams through Slack, video calls, and project management tools.
- Manage multiple client projects while meeting deadlines.
- Identify automation opportunities using Google Ads Scripts, Zapier, and similar tools.
- Stay current on Paid Media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Must haves
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads and/or LinkedIn Ads campaigns with monthly budgets of $10K+.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, Advertising, or another analytical field.
- Candidates with Marketing or Advertising degrees are welcome if they demonstrate a strong analytical and data-driven approach.
- Strong experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) and/or LinkedIn Ads.
- Proven experience executing campaigns directly (not only managing agencies or defining strategy).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for working with numbers, data, and experimentation.
- Advanced Google Tag Manager experience, including custom event tracking.
- Experience building dashboards in Looker Studio using Supermetrics.
- Experience with automation tools such as Google Ads Scripts, Zapier, or similar.
- Strong understanding of AI tools for research, analysis, reporting, productivity, and campaign optimization.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, charts, reporting).
- Excellent communication skills in remote environments.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated success improving campaign performance through data-driven optimization.
- Passion for continuous learning within Paid Media.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS or Enterprise Technology.
- Experience with Reddit Ads, Programmatic Advertising, or other Paid Media platforms.
- HTML, CSS, or JavaScript knowledge.
- Experience with landing page optimization and platforms like Unbounce.
- Previous experience in an agency, startup, or consulting environment.

Work Arrangement
