Job Description โ Growth Manager About Datafuel Datafuel is an eCommerce growth and automation platform helping Amazon brands scale through performance-driven systems, strategy, and execution. We're hiring a Growth Manager to own GTM, lead a 2-member BD team, and personally drive end-to-end sales. This is a player-coach role โ you'll be responsible for hitting both your individual target and the team's combined target.
Key Responsibilities Own and execute the GTM strategy โ ICP definition, outreach playbooks, messaging, and channel experimentation. Carry an individual sales target: prospecting, demos, negotiation, and closures. Manage and train 2 BDs โ set KPIs, review performance, run coaching and call reviews, and help close key deals.
Be accountable for the overall team target โ ensuring both you and your BDs consistently hit numbers. Build SOPs, scripts, and objection-handling material to scale team output. Maintain CRM hygiene, pipeline tracking, and accurate forecasting for self and team.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and handover. Who You Are 2โ5+ years in B2B sales, with some experience mentoring or managing juniors. SaaS, eCommerce, or Amazon/D2C sales background preferred.
Strong communication, demo, and negotiation skills. Comfortable being a player-coach โ closing your own deals while elevating the team. Data-driven, high-ownership, and target-focused.
