Roles & Responsibilities Own and drive the overall social media and brand strategy, aligning with business objectives, growth targets, and brand positioning Develop and execute integrated campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) to build brand awareness, engagement, and conversion Lead content strategy end-to-end β from ideation to execution β including high-performing formats such as short-form video, reels, carousels, and storytelling-led content Build and maintain a consistent, differentiated brand voice and visual identity across all digital touchpoints Manage and mentor creative teams (designers, editors, content creators) to deliver high-quality, on-brand output at scale Collaborate cross-functionally with performance marketing, product, and growth teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign impact Leverage data and analytics to optimize content performance, improve engagement rates, and drive measurable ROI on campaigns Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging formats to continuously innovate and maintain competitive advantage Plan and manage content calendars, campaign timelines, and production workflows to ensure timely and consistent execution Build and manage relationships with influencers, creators, and brand partners to expand reach and credibility Oversee community management, ensuring meaningful engagement and strong brand affinity across platforms Monitor brand sentiment and reputation, proactively managing feedback and online presence Qualifications 2 - 3 years of experience in social media marketing, brand management, or digital content strategy Proven track record of scaling brand presence and engagement across major social platforms Strong visual storytelling and content creation skills (video-first approach preferred) using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc. Deep understanding of social media algorithms, content performance metrics, and growth levers Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling abilities Experience in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or D2C brands is highly preferred Strong project management and team leadership skills Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
