Role Community Growth Manager, Arré Voice for Hindi Arré is looking for a Creative Growth Manager for the Hindi Lanaguage at Arré Voice, to build and successfully grow the hindi creator and listener ecosystem. A community growth manager is responsible for successful setting the culture of Arré Voice Hindi on the app by onboarding the right set of creators to the Arré platform along with helping them build engagement, scale followers and evolve their user journey on the platform. It will also mean build a community of listeners via outreach campaigns (online and offline). As Community Growth Manager, you are also responsible for internal and external evangelism for the product and platform mission, as we aim to create a whole new category of UGC audio. Job Description Identify, recruit, and partner with creators/ everyday creators across languages and dialects of hindi in all walks of life to be creators on Arré Identify untapped creative communities Identify communities aligned to platform mission Execute outreach campaigns across digital and offline media/ channels Be the voice of our creators on Arré Voice and ensure we build products that serve the needs of these creators. Develop new content formats, use cases and templates alongside creators that will define the UGC category on audio. Ideate/ consult with the community to arrive at and execute various content pegs/ triggers that will aid platform engagement and virality Work in tandem with the content moderation team to lay out SOPs and manage them to deal with user flags and complaints. Provide direct support to our users and serve as a go-to person for our external and internal stakeholders Create referral programs, incentive mechanisms to increase recruitment and creator engagement on the platform alongside growth and marketing/ social media teams. Devise a growth plan for the language that will include distribution, user acquisition and retention via offline and online channels.

Pre-requisite Skills: Partnerships Expertise: You have experience in partnerships with creators and are excited by the prospect of working in audio. You are eager to learn the skills to effectively drive partnership engagements forward. Deep knowledge of and an existing personal network in the audio or creator community Communication: Ability to sell the platform/ product features to potential creative partners Operations management: You are detail-oriented and are diligent in analysing creator performance and managing logistics around on-boarding/upselling etc including helping to develop internal tools to manage creators alongside the product team Fluency in the language of the community you are in charge of Proficient in Google Sheets and/or Excel; able to interpret dashes to draw patterns from data Data-driven and goal-orientated approach What we would love you for: Enthusiasm that changes the world :) An active network with creator, audio or the student community The itch to always be learning Comfortable in a fast-paced ambiguous environment where you will set and be held accountable to highly ambitious goals Awesome communication skills (both verbal and written) who can create the right narrative to share/sell your ideas at every level If you’re able to deal with ambiguity and take the lead in defining frameworks where no prior examples exist Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously to meet tight deadlines Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with prior experience with partnerships, public relations or community building with a digital / UGC product
