Social Media Manager

Location: Remote/Hybrid (India) Experience: 1-3+ Years Industry: Social Media, Consumer Tech, Startup At Voizo, we're building one of India's most exciting social and voice-based platforms, helping people connect through meaningful conversations and unique experiences. We're looking for a creative, energetic, and hands-on Social Media Manager who can help us build a strong brand presence and create viral content. What You'll Do: • Plan and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms. • Create engaging content calendars and manage daily posting. • Shoot, create, and edit videos, reels, and short-form content for Voizo. • Develop creative campaigns that increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness. • Run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) to drive growth and user acquisition. • Analyze social media performance and provide actionable insights. • Stay updated with trends, memes, and viral content opportunities. • Work closely with the founders to shape Voizo's brand voice and online presence. ✅ Requirements: • Proven hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing. • Strong understanding of content creation and storytelling. • Experience shooting and creating content independently. • Excellent video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools). • Good knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and performance marketing. • Understanding of Instagram growth strategies, community building, and analytics. • Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh and viral content ideas. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and taking ownership. ⭐ Bonus Points: • Experience working with consumer apps, startups, influencers, or creator-led brands. • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Figma, etc.). • Experience with UGC, influencer marketing, and trend-based content creation.
