Location: Noida (Work From Office)

Experience: 2–4 Years

Salary: ₹32,000–₹40,000 per month

Working Days: Monday–Saturday

Your only mission is to generate high-quality parent leads.

You will own demand generation across online and offline channels.

Your success will be measured by one thing:

Analytics

You should be comfortable tracking:

• Leads

• Qualified Leads

• Cost Per Lead

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

2–4 years of experience in Growth, Performance Marketing, or Demand Generation.

Experience with Meta Ads.

Strong understanding of lead generation.

Comfortable working with data.

Startup mindset.

Healthcare experience is a bonus, not mandatory.
