Job Overview:
CT Automotive Group is a UK-headquartered supplier of high-quality interior components to the global automotive industry, with manufacturing facilities in China, Turkey and Mexico. Based in Pune, the Cash Flow Manager will support cash flow reporting and forecasting across these global sites, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial data to enable informed business decisions.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Cash Flow Management:
- Assist in the collection of cash flow data from global manufacturing sites (China, Turkey, Mexico) and the UK head office.
- Support consolidation of data into weekly and monthly cash flow reports.
- Perform initial checks for accuracy and completeness of financial inputs.
- Help prepare and update short- and long-term cash flow forecasts.
- Perform budget vs actual and forecast vs actual variance analysis and provide detailed commentary on key movements.
- Collaborate with finance teams and cross functional teams to ensure timely data submissions.
ABL Facility Support:
- Aid in the preparation of inventory and accounts receivable (AR) forecasts in line with ABL facility requirements.
- Assist with the generation of weekly ABL reports for submission to FGI.
- Ensure data collected meets compliance standards and internal policies.
Treasury & Working Capital Management:
- Monitor daily cash positions and liquidity across global entities.
- Support cash pooling, intercompany funding and foreign exchange exposure monitoring activities.
- Drive initiatives to improve working capital, including inventory, accounts receivable and accounts payable performance.
- Identify opportunities to optimize cash utilization and reduce financing costs.
Analytical Coordination Tasks:
- Contribute to variance analysis of cash flow trends and highlight discrepancies.
- Work with inventory, AP and AR teams to gather required data points.
- Participate in the refinement of reporting templates and data automation tools.
- Coordinate internal and external audit requests relating to cash flow, liquidity, working capital, AR, AP, inventory and lender reporting.
- Oversee plant-level accounting operations to ensure accurate and timely month-end close, compliance with financial policies, and integrity of financial reporting.
- Intercompany reconciliation
Knowledge Exposure:
- Basic understanding of cash pooling, FX transactions, and hedge accounting.
- Awareness of manufacturing finance operations.
- Exposure to working in or with multinational environments is a plus.
Additional Requirements:
- Excellent fluency in English (verbal and written).
- Flexible to travel occasionally to manufacturing plants (China, Mexico, Turkey).
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work in cross-cultural teams.
