*Roles & Responsibilities*

* Design high-quality social media creatives, presentations, brochures, sales kits, advertisements, and other marketing collateral.

* Create visually compelling designs aligned with Teamone’s premium brand identity.

* Collaborate closely with the Brand Manager and Videographer to execute integrated marketing campaigns.

* Maintain consistency across all branding and communication materials.

* Design creatives for digital platforms, print media, corporate events, and internal communications.

* Leverage AI-powered design tools and workflows to enhance creativity, productivity, and design efficiency.

* Stay updated with emerging design trends and continuously bring fresh creative ideas.

*What We’re Looking For*

* Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design.

* Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar design software.

* Working knowledge of AI-powered creative tools to streamline design workflows.

* Good understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.

* Basic understanding of podcast production workflows and effective collaboration with videographers and video editors.

* Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
