Job Description Position: Graduate Engineer Trainee- Mechanical Engineering Experience: Fresher ( Immediate joiner preferred) Academic Requirement: B.E. / B.Tech Mechanical Engineering Compensation: As per Market Standard Hiring Manager: Priteshsinh Solanki Location: Puebla, Mexico (Mandatory Relocation Required) Probation: 6 months to 1 year Skills: Excellent Communication Skills, Advanced excel, Lean Manufacturing, Cross Functional Co-ordination, Team building Eligibility & Special Requirement (Mandatory) This role is primarily based in Puebla, Mexico . We are specifically seeking candidates who: Have previously studied or worked abroad , preferably in US or the UK , and Are fully willing and prepared to relocate to Mexico for long-term career growth. Experience in the Automotive/Manufacturing industry will be an added advantage. Job Overview: The Graduate Engineer Trainee Program is a structured learning journey designed to build the next generation of engineers at CT Automotive. * India Induction (2 months Pune): Corporate orientation, HR-ESG, quality systems, Design, Sales & Marketing and process fundamentals. * Overseas Training (12 months China, Turkey, Mexico): Hands-on rotational training across multiple functions. * Final Placement: Engineer role in any CT Automotive site globally (India, China, Turkey, Mexico, UK, or other sites), based on performance and business requirements. Job Roles & Responsibilities: · Plastic Injection Molding: machine setup, parameters, mold change, defect troubleshooting, cycle-time optimization. · Production: line balancing, OEE, TPM basics, safety, shift management, daily Gemba. · Assembly Painting: paint process fundamentals, booth/oven parameters, adhesion/finish quality, rework reduction. · Quality: IATF/VDA basics, PPAP/APQP, MSA/SPC, in-process & final inspection, customer complaint analysis (8D). · SCM (Supply Chain Management): material planning (PMC), scheduling, inventory control, supplier follow-ups, logistics coordination. · Engineering Project Management: APQP gateway tracking, timeline/risk logs, change management, customer interface.
