ABOUT THE ROLE

This internship role will support the Government Relations and Institutional Affairs team in monitoring public policies, legislative and executive agendas, regulatory matters, and strategic issues that may impact the company. The intern will contribute to research, stakeholder mapping, data analysis, institutional materials, and the coordination of meetings, events, and social initiatives.


This role will be based at our São Paulo office in Faria Lima. This is a 100% on-site position.



Responsibilities:

  • Monitor bills, initiatives, public policies, and the agendas of the Executive and Legislative Branches at the federal, state, and municipal levels.
  • Track strategic topics through the media, Official Gazettes, and government agencies’ websites.
  • Conduct research and analysis on topics related to Government Relations, Regulatory Affairs, Communications, Sustainability, and Social Responsibility.
  • Support the mapping and analysis of relevant stakeholders for the company’s institutional activities.
  • Prepare and update reports, presentations, spreadsheets, meeting minutes, draft official letters, technical notes, and databases in Portuguese and English, when necessary.
  • Support the development and analysis of data, indicators, and sector-related information, particularly on economic, regulatory, and institutional topics.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, committees, events, and institutional agendas with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support social projects and initiatives through research, information organization, activity tracking, preparation of materials, and interaction with internal teams and external partners.
  • Work closely with the team to respond to departmental requests and follow up on activity-related action items.


Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Political Science, Public Administration, Law, Economics, or related fields.
  • Ability in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong writing and summarization skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced English.
  • Ability to build and analyze data is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the legislative process and public-sector decision-making dynamics is considered a plus.
