We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Global Sr. Accountant Coordinator to support our Global Accounting team in day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, compliance, and process improvement initiatives, ensuring accuracy and consistency across our international entities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Group Reporting & Consolidation: Support the preparation and review of consolidated financial information for the Group, ensuring consistency of accounting practices across entities and alignment with IFRS and local GAAP requirements.
  • Financial Close & Balance Sheet Integrity: Participate in the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, reviewing key balance sheet accounts including intercompany balances, inventory, and working capital accounts to ensure proper reconciliation and data integrity.
  • International Accounting Coordination: Collaborate with accounting teams across different regions (including the U.S., India, Colombia, and Europe) to resolve accounting issues, align reporting practices, and ensure timely submission of financial information.
  • Audit & Compliance Support: Prepare documentation and financial information required for external audits and support the resolution of audit queries related to group accounting matters.
  • Systems & Process Improvement: Contribute to finance transformation initiatives, including ERP implementations and process standardization projects aimed at improving efficiency, automation, and data quality across the Group.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with FP&A, Operations, and HR to ensure consistency between financial reporting, operational data, and management reporting.
  • Scope: International role supporting multiple group entities across different jurisdictions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience similar roles.
  • Previous experience at a Big Four firm is considered a plus
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, month-end closing, account reconciliations, and internal controls.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop a career in Financial Planning & Analysis.
  • Positive attitude, curiosity, and a proactive mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify discrepancies and propose corrective action.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
