Global QMS Manager at Lumentum

In this leadership position, you will oversee the development and implementation of a global QMS framework. Your role includes managing compliance with international standards and collaborating with cross-functional partners to align quality strategies with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain a global QMS framework compliant with ISO 9001 • Manage Global Change Control and Engineering Change Orders (ECO) • Prepare for and own ISO and TL 9000 audits • Collaborate with teams to embed QMS into business processes • Define and monitor QMS performance metrics for executive reporting Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field • 10+ years in quality management with 5+ in leadership • In-depth QMS knowledge, ISO 9001 and TL 9000 expertise • Experience with Change Control and PLM systems • Strong leadership and communication skills Drive operational excellence and ensure compliance while leading the global QMS team at Lumentum Canada. #J-18808-Ljbffr
