Global Product Senior Specialist – DC – Team Productivity

Overview

As a Product Analyst for the Team Productivity squad, you will develop deep expertise in the Microsoft 365 collaboration space and translate insights into product decisions. You’ll partner with product, engineering, and change-management teams to drive adoption and measurable business impact within a global professional services firm. This role sits at the intersection of collaboration tech, data analytics, and AI enablement, shaping how BCGers work and collaborate.

You’ll work with senior leaders to ensure your analyses empower strategic investment choices and practical enablement.

• Develop and frame opportunities within the Microsoft 365 collaboration ecosystem (Teams, Copilot, SharePoint Online) and translate them into prioritized recommendations for the squad and leadership.
• Define and own measurement frameworks linking product activity to user outcomes and business value; build dashboards and automate reporting for executive decision-making.
• Advance AI & automation enablement by gaining deep expertise in Copilot-related platforms and building automation solutions with Power Automate to reduce manual effort.
• Contribute to the squad's delivery cadence through backlog grooming, user story development, sprint planning, and cross-functional coordination.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across BCG and with Microsoft partners to gather insights, align priorities, and influence outcomes.

• 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in a product analyst, senior business analyst, or program management role
• Advanced, hands-on knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint Online, Copilot)
• Experience building analytical tools in Power BI (dashboards, KPI frameworks, data modeling)
• Experience managing cross-functional programs end to end
• Experience designing and running user and product research programs (qualitative and quantitative)
• Strong working knowledge of Agile delivery and Jira or similar backlog tooling
• Practical experience building automation with Power Automate or similar low-code tools
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
