Global Product Manager - Barcelona or London

Overview

In this role you will unite a cross-regional team to implement a product-driven approach for Compleat, guiding its evolution into a globally governed platform aligned with FCTG’s automation strategy. You will define the product vision, drive Agile/Scrum practices, and ensure roadmaps stay in sync with technology goals and stakeholder needs. You’ll oversee the shift from a regional operation to a scalable, globally managed product supporting future automation ambitions.

• Define the automation strategy and vision for Compleat within its remaining lifecycle
• Map core automation processes and monitor landscape evolution to adapt strategy
• Transform the team into a true Product Team and integrate with other Product Teams
• Manage a global, multi-region team (USA, Europe, Asia) and foster high performance
• Own and develop the Product Roadmap and prioritize user/business needs
• Coordinate integration and collaboration with stakeholders, manage dependencies and mitigate risks

• Minimum 5 years in Product Management
• Experience with SAP Compleat or similar automation systems
• Travel industry experience with knowledge of OBT and GDS systems
• Experience transforming teams into a Product Culture
• Experience managing a product through a platform transition
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in English
