Responsibilities

  • Management of the Screens Global Product Line to deliver targeted OI, Revenue, CM and EBITA.
  • Collaborate with R&D to support the product development roadmap for the Service Line and introduction of new or improved products.
  • Develop commercial strategy together with Regions and Product Specialists to drive profitable growth.
  • Work in collaboration with the engineering and execution functions related to the products within the Service Line.
  • Perform market research to determine customer needs, monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Establish, maintain and enforce global pricing strategies in alignment with the overall pricing guidance.
  • Maximize margin while achieving top line OI targets and support reliable and cost‑efficient supply chain.
  • Work with the Region sales to establish strategies and plans for profitable growth in sales.
  • In conjunction with Procurement, Regions and Product & System business line define the appropriate global inventory levels, stocking locations, and sourcing strategies—including make/buy decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Product & System business line and other Service Lines to support strategies for profitable revenues including retrofits/upgrades, professional services, and digital services.
  • Collaborate with the Procurement & Operation to optimize manufacturing reg. quality and cost.
  • Lead Service Line team in accordance with corporate leadership values, instilling a culture of accountability, ongoing development, and ensuring employee engagement.
  • Manage global installed base data.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Science or relevant qualification, or the equivalent knowledge acquired through workplace experience.
  • Masters degree highly regarded.
  • Proven track record of achieving service business growth and developing global product strategies.
  • Strong commercial (financial and legal) acumen.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead through influence.
  • Detailed knowledge of mining and minerals processing technology.
  • Good contracts management experience.
