Global Activation / Trade Marketing Manager H/F
Hirsch Group
Job Description
Hirsch Group (formerly Vitaprotech) is a leading provider of premium security solutions, specializing in intrusion detection, access control, and video security for commercial and high-security sites.
Founded in 2012, the Group now brings together three companies (Hirsch, Prysm, and ARD), offering the broadest and most comprehensive portfolio of security solutions on the market.
Backed by Seven2 and Bpifrance, Hirsch Group is pursuing an ambitious international growth strategy and today employs more than 700 people worldwide.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the VP Marketing Operations & Center of Excellence (CoE), the Global Activation Manager is responsible for bringing the Hirsch brand to life through impactful B2B experiences across the UK, DACH, and international markets. This role owns the regional activation programme, ensuring events deliver meaningful customer engagement, generate sales opportunities, and contribute to broader business objectives.
The Global Activation Manager combines strong event execution capabilities with a commercial mindset, working closely with Sales, Marketing, partners, and global activation teams to create a consistent and connected customer experience across regions.
Key responsibilities include:
Events and activations
A clear regional events calendar for UK, DACH, and international: trade shows, industry conferences, partner events, customer hospitality, and executive roundtables.
Full event delivery: working with organisers, bookings, stand briefs into the CoE, logistics, shipping, staff schedules, on-site running, and lead capture.
Partner and integrator experiences: partner dinners, training days, VIP hospitality, and co-branded events with distributors and integrators.
Small, focused moments for important customers: site visits, executive dinners, and press briefings
B2B community and audience building
Map the communities where Hirsch buyers spend time — industry associations, forums, LinkedIn groups, and industry bodies across UK, DACH, and international markets.
Build a clear plan for how Hirsch shows up in those communities: speaking slots, sponsorships, contributed content, and relationship building — not only booking a booth.
Grow and maintain regional invitation lists, past-event attendee lists, and named-account contacts, working with the sales team.
Turning events into pipeline
Before the event: targeted outreach with regional sales, VIP invitations, and pre-booked meetings.
At the event: structured lead capture, meeting notes, and useful market intelligence (what prospects said, what competitors are showing).
After the event: clean handover of leads to the CRM, tiered follow-up (hot / warm / nurture), and re-use of content such as quotes, photos, video, and session recordings in the Content Opportunity Pipeline.
Measurement: simple reporting per event and per region — pipeline generated, meetings booked, and cost per qualified conversation.
Cross-region coordination
Work with the Brand Activations Manager US and France on shared global events, consistent messaging, and shared materials.
Work with the France marketing team on French events and any panEuropean moments.
Brief creative and digital work into the Hirsch Marketing CoE clearly and in good time.
YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in B2B events, field marketing, or brand activation, ideally within technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, industrial, enterprise, or regulated industries.
Technical skills:
Experience managing B2B events and activations across multiple markets, from planning to execution and reporting.
Familiarity with HubSpot, CRM processes, event platforms (Eventbrite, Cvent, Bizzabo, Swapcard, etc.), and lead capture tools.
Strong project management skills, including budget, supplier, and stakeholder coordination.
Fluent in English; French (German is an advantage)
Soft skills:
Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in an international environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Commercial mindset with the ability to link activations to business impact.
Autonomous, adaptable, and comfortable travelling regularly.
