German-Speaking Reservations Agent

At Foundever™, we are hiring German-speaking Customer Service & Reservations Advisors to support a leading international hotel brand.

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound reservation calls in German

• Support customers with bookings, changes, and travel-related inquiries

• Deliver high-quality customer service with a sales-oriented approach

• Create smooth and positive guest experiences throughout every interaction

What We’re Looking For

• Native or C2 level of German

• Advanced English

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or tourism is a plus

• Residency in Málaga or nearby areas preferred

What We Offer

• Permanent full-time contract

• 39h/week schedule

• Rotating shifts Monday to Sunday

• €21,500 gross annual salary

• €1,500 sign-on bonus

• Paid on-site training
