We are currently hiring Sales & Marketing Specialists fluent in German, Dutch, Norwegian, or Danish to join an international team in Barcelona.

About the Role

As a Sales & Marketing Specialist, you will act as a trusted advisor to businesses in your respective market, helping them develop and implement effective digital advertising strategies.

Your expertise will contribute directly to campaign optimization, business performance, customer success, and sales growth.

You will work with businesses to understand their objectives, identify opportunities, and provide tailored recommendations to improve their online advertising results.

Languages We Are Hiring

We are currently hiring candidates fluent in:

• German – C1 or higher
• Dutch – C1 or higher
• Norwegian – C1 or higher
• Danish – C1 or higher

Good proficiency in English is also required.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in one of the target languages: German, Dutch, Norwegian, or Danish
• Good command of English
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• 6–12 months of experience in advertising, PPC campaigns, digital marketing, or outbound B2B sales
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Customer-oriented and commercially minded
• Passion for marketing, technology, and digital advertising
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
• Strong problem-solving and consultative sales skills

What We Offer

• Full-time position – 39 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
• Permanent employment contract
• Competitive gross annual salary: €26,000–€30,000
• Performance bonus of up to €4,000–€4,200 annually
