Job Description

Seeking a full-time Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician with interest and experience in Geriatric Medicine to join a team of well-established providers at Providence ElderPlace - a PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) in Seattle, WA. Enjoy outstanding quality of life in the Pacific Northwest Predominantly outpatient with some care in nursing homes, home visits, and end of life care. Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and some on-call coverage Geriatric Medicine and/or palliative and Hospice Medicine fellowship or 1 year of experience in long-term care preferred.

Compensation is between $265,200 and $282,000 per year Salary is tiered by years after licensure There are additional funds for CME and a quality incentive program The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them Where You'll Work Providence ElderPlace is an innovative program of health care and social services for older adults. With four centers in the Seattle area, Providence ElderPlace provides and coordinates the services necessary for seniors to remain active in their community by providing primary and specialty medical care, a day health program, social work services and rehabilitation.
