We are recruiting General Nurses, Staff Nurses and Registered Nurses to join our team in County Clare.

The Role

As a General Nurse / Staff Nurse, you will deliver safe, effective and person-centred nursing care while working closely with the wider healthcare team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing and delivering individualised nursing care.
• Monitoring patient/client health and wellbeing.
• Administering medications and treatments within your scope of practice.
• Recognising and responding appropriately to changes in condition.
• Maintaining accurate clinical records.
• Working collaboratively with Healthcare Assistants, Social Care Workers and other healthcare professionals.
• Communicating effectively with patients/clients and families.
• Promoting dignity, independence and quality of life.
• Following infection prevention, safeguarding and health and safety procedures.

Requirements – General Nurse / Staff Nurse

Applicants must have:

• Current NMBI registration.
• Relevant nursing qualification recognised for registration in Ireland.
• Minimum 6 weeks’ relevant nursing experience.
• Eligible to work in Ireland.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional and compassionate approach to patient/client care.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
