We are seeking a results-driven General Manager – Service to lead and scale our commercial HVAC service operations across South Florida. This executive role carries full P&L ownership and responsibility for operational performance, customer satisfaction, safety, talent development, and strategic growth. The ideal candidate is a proven service leader with deep commercial HVAC experience, strong financial acumen, and the ability to build high-performing teams in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities Full P&L ownership for regional service operations Lead and develop supervisors, technicians, dispatch, billing, and warehouse teams Drive operational excellence, labor productivity, and service profitability Partner with Sales to expand maintenance agreements and repair revenue Strengthen key account relationships through executive-level engagement Champion safety, compliance, and digital process improvements Qualifications 10+ years of commercial HVAC service experience 3–5+ years in senior service leadership Proven success managing service operations with financial accountability Strong leadership, customer engagement, and strategic execution skills On-site leadership presence required across Dade and Broward This is a high-impact opportunity for a service executive ready to lead growth, build culture, and deliver operational excellence in a competitive South Florida market. #J-18808-Ljbffr
