We’re expanding in Summerlin and greater Las Vegas, and we’re looking for a hands-on, high-energy General Manager who wants to grow with us. What You’ll Do Lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver exceptional quality and service. Take full ownership of store performance — operations, staffing, cost control, and customer satisfaction.

Recruit and develop team members as we continue to open more Jet’s locations in the Las Vegas area. Build a winning culture through accountability, teamwork, and clear communication. Ensure operational excellence through proper scheduling, food cost control, and adherence to Jet’s Pizza standards.

Drive growth and profitability while maintaining a positive team environment. What We’re Looking For Proven experience managing a restaurant or retail team (QSR or pizza experience a plus). Strong leadership and recruiting skills — you know how to attract and retain great people.

High energy, hands-on leadership style — you lead by example. Organized, results-driven, and great at solving problems on the fly. Passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience every time.

What We Offer Base Salary: $65,000/year Performance Bonuses: Based on sales, labor, and operational excellence.
