Overview Ideal candidate must have experience in high volume, fine dining restaurants. You’ll become part of a team that has successfully owned & operated restaurants in New York City, Las Vegas, Hong Kong and Miami. You'll be working directly with our owners and senior leadership to launch a new concept. This is an opportunity to showcase your talents and help build a brand! Location Major Man. Florida 49 Collins Avenue Miami Beach, FL 33139, USA Responsibilities The restaurant general manager will be responsible for the successful day-to-day operation of the restaurant, including hiring/staffing, training, financial/P&L.
