General Manager Latin America

Rainbow Dynamics is expanding globally, and we are looking for an entrepreneurial leader to build and lead our Latin America business.

As a global warehouse robotics company, Rainbow Dynamics provides next-generation 4-Way Shuttle AS/RS and RackBot Goods-to-Person automation solutions to leading customers across North America, Europe, and Asia. We are now bringing our advanced automation solutions to the rapidly growing Latin American market.

This is a unique opportunity to build a region from the ground up, working with our global leadership team and driving the adoption of next-generation warehouse automation.

Location: Based in Mexico, Brazil, or another major Latin American market

We are looking for:

✅ Proven experience in warehouse automation, intralogistics, material handling, or industrial technology

✅ Strong commercial track record in developing strategic customer relationships and closing complex B2B opportunities

✅ Deep understanding of the Latin American logistics and supply chain ecosystem

✅ Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale a regional business

✅ Native Spanish or Portuguese speaker with fluent business English

✅ Willingness to travel across Latin America and engage with customers, partners, and industry leaders
