About Our Client One of the largest privately held family‑owned construction and real estate development firms in the industry. Founded as a family carpentry business in 1870, with active participation from the 4th, 5th and 6th generations. Phoenix office has about 90 individuals – offers a small family‑owned office feel while still having the structure and financial backing of a $1B+ company.

Their projects focus in the following markets: Commercial interiors, corporate offices, entertainment, healthcare, higher education, hospitality, K‑12, industrial, manufacturing, mission critical, multifamily/residential, retail, senior living. Job Description Direct and supervise the work of project administration, project superintendents, and engineers to establish operational priorities. Produce all elements of the project execution plan and implement it.

Provide job‑site leadership in the area of safety and quality. Maintain satisfactory relationships with owners, subcontractors, unions, etc. The Successful Applicant Leverage Business Insights – understand industry trends, local market and economic conditions and our business model to make decisions and create competitive advantage.

Coach and Develop Others – provide feedback, instruction, and development guidance to help others excel in their current or future job responsibilities; plan for and support development of individual skills and abilities. BS or MS degree in Engineering or Construction Management. 10‑15 years in the lead role on projects valued at $50‑100 million or larger, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong technical and communication skills are critical. Ability to work in a team environment. Knowledge of Procore, Microsoft Office (preferred).
