You will lead a large team in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that our service standards are as vibrant and authentic as our menu.

What You’ll Do Champion Growth: You are a natural mentor. You will own the training and development of your management team and hourly staff, creating a "bench" of talent ready for the next level.

You’ll manage labor, overhead, and beverage costs with a sharp eye, ensuring the restaurant’s financial health is as strong as its reputation. What You Bring The Resume: 5+ years of GM experience in an upscale, high-volume full-service restaurant ($6M+ annual sales). The Skillset: A proven track record of developing internal talent into leadership roles.
