What You'll Be Doing: Running daily operations Building, training, and inspiring your team Ensuring top-notch customer service every time Upholding our food safety and quality standards Driving sales and hitting KPIs Troubleshooting issues and keeping everything running smoothly Managing stock, wastage and deliveries Creating a positive, fun, and focused work environment What We're Looking For: 1 years’ experience leading a team in a fast-paced hospitality or retail environment Motivated, organised, and ready to take ownership Great communicator and natural problem-solver Results-driven with a passion for people and great food Calm under pressure and cool with multitasking A natural leader who is inspiring, consistent and fair Willingness to learn; we will ensure you receive super thorough training!
