Gen AI / LLM Backend Developer Experience: 5–8 Years Location: Ahmedabad (Work from office) Mode of Engagement: Full-time Educational Qualification: Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field Industry: AI / SaaS / IT Services / Infrastructure Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred What We Are Looking For Strong experience in backend development for AI-driven applications with hands-on expertise in Python, FastAPI, Node.js, and REST API development Proven ability to design and build scalable backend architectures for LLM-based applications and AI systems Hands-on experience with vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, and Chroma for efficient data retrieval and storage Deep understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and prompt engineering techniques Experience integrating AI platforms and tools such as Gemini Enterprise, Google ADK, Vertex AI, LangGraph, and Databricks Genie Strong knowledge of building secure, scalable, and high-performance backend systems for enterprise applications Ability to work in cross-functional environments and support large-scale AI implementations Responsibilities Design and develop robust backend architectures for LLM-powered applications using Python, FastAPI, and Node.js Build and optimize REST APIs for seamless integration with AI systems and applications Develop and manage vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma) for efficient querying and storage Implement and optimize RAG pipelines to enhance AI system performance and contextual accuracy Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI tools like Gemini Enterprise, Vertex AI, LangGraph, and Databricks Genie Ensure backend systems are scalable, secure, and optimized for high-performance AI applications Work on prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning to improve response quality and accuracy Monitor system performance, logs, and deployments to ensure stability and uptime Contribute to AI solutions across domains like energy optimization, predictive maintenance, and logistics automation Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making Qualifications 5–8 years of experience in backend development, preferably in AI-driven applications Strong expertise in Python, FastAPI, Node.js, and REST APIs Hands-on experience with vector databases and RAG pipelines Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks, LLM integrations, and prompt engineering Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and deployment practices Basic understanding of frontend/backend integration and system design principles Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
