E-learning PPT Developer

Role Description We are looking for candidates who can support our team in creating high-quality PowerPoint presentations for online courses . This is a production-focused role — not a senior instructional design position.

Your primary responsibility will be to convert course requirements into well-structured, visually clear PPTs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business, or related fields 0–3 years of experience Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint Strong understanding of e-learning content and instructional design concepts Good written English and ability to structure content clearly Attention to detail and ability to follow templates/guidelines Key Responsibilities Create PowerPoint presentations based on course outlines and content briefs Convert raw content into structured slides (headings, flow, visuals) Create custom reusable templates that come under the Slide Master layouts Ensure slides are clear, engaging, and aligned with learning objectives Follow templates and formatting guidelines for consistency Work with internal teams to understand course requirements Deliver presentations within tight timelines Requirements Strong understanding of instructional design/e-learning / education content Strong skills in PowerPoint (very important) Ability to understand course topics and simplify content Good visual sense (layout, spacing, readability, clarity, context) Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks Preferred (Nice to Have) Exposure to instructional design concepts or the ADDIE model Hands-on experience with rapid e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline/Rise, iSpring, H5P, Vyond, or similar) Experience creating presentations for courses or training Familiarity with e-learning content Who This Role is For Juniors or recent graduates (Education, Instructional Design, Business, etc.) Candidates with working experience in e-learning content development Individuals who enjoy hands-on content creation (not strategy/design leadership roles) Important Note This is an entry-level/junior role focused on PPT creation , not a senior instructional design position. Candidates looking for high-level design, strategy, or leadership roles may not find this role suitable.
