Role :Storage TSR (Technical Support Representative)
Required Technical Skill Set : L2 Storage, L1-L2 Cloud Storage / Filestore / Google Cloud Netapp Volume, L1-L2 Cloud Ops
Desired Experience Range :3 to 7 years
Location of Requirement : Chennai, Gandhinagar
- Experience and proven exposure with SAN, NAS, and DAS systems, and cloud storage solutions
- Experience in managing, securing, and optimizing an organization's data within cloud-based storage platforms like Google Cloud, AWS, Azure
- Should have managed roles on the Google Cloud Filestore service, Google Cloud Netapp Volume (GCNV) and maintained the scalable, managed cloud file storage system
- Setting up and tearing down cloud resources (servers, storage, networks) as needed
- Support with 24x7 operations (Rotational Shifts)
- English language (verbal and written) Proficiency is must
- Infrastructure Certifications related to Storage and file management systems
- Cloud Certifications related to GCP ACE
