Overview

As an Associate, you will partner with senior teams to manage and grow a designated portfolio of institutional clients. You will leverage deep product knowledge to solve complex problems, drive strategic client engagement, and ensure exceptional service and risk controls. The role requires collaboration across Operations, Technology, Risk, Legal, and Compliance to deliver tailored solutions and scalable processes.

You will help shape the client services strategy and elevate the client experience in a fast-paced, global business. This is an opportunity to influence Prime Services delivery while working with senior stakeholders across the firm.

• Manage a portfolio of institutional clients, building long-term partnerships and identifying growth opportunities
• Lead client meetings and strategic discussions, presenting solutions and market insights
• Collaborate with Sales, Trading, and Relationship Managers to onboard and expand client mandates
• Oversee resolution of complex operational, technical, and service issues across Prime Services and Franchise products
• Act as liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and proactive communication
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve workflows, STP, and scalability
• Coordinate onboarding for new accounts across relevant teams

• 2–3+ years in Client Services, Operations, or related front-office role at a leading financial institution
• Proven track record managing and growing complex institutional relationships
• Experience with Prime Broker Custody, Futures & Cleared Derivatives, Equity Synthetics/CFDs, Cash Equity, Fixed Income, FX, and OTC Derivatives
• Strong understanding of global markets, instruments, and regulatory frameworks
• Analytical and quantitative skills with ability to interpret data and derive insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage senior stakeholders
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive under pressure
• Demonstrated leadership potential and cross-functional collaboration
