The Role:

• Location: Toledo, OH

• Assignment duration: Start ASAP - 91-day assignment

• Profession/Specialty: Nurse Practitioner - Gastroenterology

• License: Active OH license required

• Shift Type: Days. Every other week: 7 on / 7 off. 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM. No scheduled call.

• # of Positions: 1

• Type: Travel (Locum)

• Practice Setting: Inpatient / Hospital-Based

• Patient Population: Adult

• Average # of Patients Per Day: 20-25

• Required Duties/Procedures: Consults, follow-up visits, scheduling and prep for endoscopy

• EMR/Documentation: Epic

• Trauma Level: Level 1

• Call Coverage: No scheduled call; beeper/phone call with first call coverage during shift

• Credentialing: Estimated timeframe TBD

• Requirements: Board Certified (required), BLS (required), Minimum 2 years experience preferred
