Role: Fullstack Developer Location: Northern, VA (Onsite) Type: FTE position Job Description: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related IT field with 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience building and delivering large-scale enterprise applications. Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript TypeScript, Python, Java, Spring, and RESTful API development. Proven experience designing and developing full-stack systems, including frontend (React) backend services (Node.is/Python), orchestration engines, and developer tools.
Experience building scalable microservices architectures across distributed cloud environments (AWS EKS. Aurora. S3).
Hands-on experience with Al/LLM technologies including AWS Bedrock and foundation models Claude, Titan), with exposure to fine-tuning approaches (DPO, PPO, RLHF). Experience with vector search, OpenSearch, Neo4 and/or knowledge graph-based architectures for advanced retrieval systems
