Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team in Halifax. This role is designed for a technical leader who thrives in a high-ownership environment, building robust backend services and seamless frontend experiences. You will be responsible for architecting scalable solutions, mentoring junior developers, and driving the evolution of our core platforms. Experience: 7+ Years Key Responsibilities Design and implement high-performance backend services using Java and the Spring Boot ecosystem. Build responsive, modular user interfaces using React and Node.js. Set the standard for clean, maintainable code through rigorous peer reviews and automated testing. Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical reality. Required Technical Skills A minimum of 7+ years in professional software development. Deep expertise in Java and Spring Boot (Data, Security, MVC).
