Full Stack Engineer

Function: Engineering / Software Development About the Role We’re looking for a Lead Full-Stack Engineer to help design and build scalable, secure, and high-performing applications. This role will own the full development lifecycle from architecture through deployment while working across modern frontend, backend, and cloud technologies. This position requires a forward-thinking, automation-oriented mindset.

You will be expected to leverage emerging tools and intelligent development practices to improve efficiency, code quality, and overall product capabilities. As a technical leader, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams including product, architecture, and infrastructure, while also mentoring engineers and driving best practices across the team. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor engineers across design, development, testing, and code review Design and build scalable, maintainable applications across frontend and backend systems Work across a modern stack including Angular or similar frontend frameworks, and backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, or comparable frameworks Drive adoption of modern development practices, including automation and intelligent tooling Translate business requirements into technical solutions and delivery plans Design and optimize data models and queries for performance and reliability Work within cloud environments, primarily AWS, to support application deployment and scalability Establish and enforce coding standards, testing strategies, and CI/CD practices Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on priorities and delivery Continuously improve development processes, tooling, and system performance Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as needed Required Experience 7+ years of software development experience, including leadership or mentorship responsibilities Strong experience building modern web applications (frontend and backend) Experience with frontend frameworks such as Angular (or similar) and TypeScript Proficiency in backend development using technologies such as Node.js, Java, or similar Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server Familiarity with AWS or similar cloud platforms and distributed systems concepts Experience building APIs and working with service-oriented or microservices architectures Understanding of application scalability, performance, and security best practices Experience with version control systems and CI/CD workflows Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills Nice to Have Experience with non-relational databases such as MongoDB or DynamoDB Exposure to frontend performance optimization and accessibility practices Experience working in Agile environments Familiarity with AI-enabled development tools or automation within engineering workflows Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
