Role Overview In this role, you will bridge the gap between advanced artificial intelligence and scalable backend engineering. You will be responsible for building custom AI-powered systems (including LLM integrations and RAG pipelines), creating robust Python microservices, and deploying them onto optimized cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities AI Integration & Development: Design and implement Generative AI capabilities, custom Large Language Model (LLM) integrations, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to solve complex business problems.Backe nd & Application Engineering: Buil d highly scalable backend systems, clean RESTful APIs, and responsive microservices using Python and modern frameworks.Cloud Architecture & Infrastructure: Desi gn and optimize secure cloud-native infrastructures across major platforms (primarily AWS, Azure, or GCP) following cost-optimization and high-availability design principles.Data & Database Management: Deve lop data pipelines and manage database architectures utilizing both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis) solutions.DevSe cOps Collaboration: Work alongside our DevOps specialists to build automated CI/CD pipelines, containerize applications using Docker/Kubernetes, and implement robust monitoring solutions.Optim ization & Code Quality: Writ e clean, maintainable, and high-performance code, participate in rigorous code reviews, and conduct query and performance tuning to ensure low-latency system health. Technical Requirements & Mastery You will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in: Programming Languages: Expert-level knowledge of Python along with strong scripting capabilities (Bash/PowerShell). (Knowledge of Golang or TypeScript is a plus). AI/ML Frameworks & Platforms: Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face, alongside cloud AI platforms like AWS SageMaker or Azure ML.
Generative AI: Practical experience building production-grade LLM applications, prompt engineering setups, and vector database structures for RAG systems. Cloud Platforms: Deep understanding of cloud automation, identity management (IAM), storage, serverless computing, and networking on AWS , Azure, or Google Cloud. Databases: Strong hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, and NoSQL systems like MongoDB.
Containers & CI/CD: Native experience with Docker containerization, Kubernetes orchestration, and continuous integration workflows (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins). Observability: Familiarity with centralized logging and distributed tracing tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog).
