AI Operations & Business Transformation Manager

We are hiring an AI Operations & Business Transformation Manager to lead our Finance Ops and Legal Ops Automation Initiative. This is a high-impact role focused on driving operational excellence through automation and AI. You will design and implement scalable AI-enabled workflows, dashboards, trackers, and governance systems to replace manual processes across Finance, Legal, HR, and Leadership functions.

You will work directly with the COO to reduce operational friction, improve efficiency, accountability, and visibility, while freeing up leadership bandwidth for strategic initiatives. Job Title: AI Operations & Business Transformation Manager Location: Hyderabad Key Responsibilities: Lead enterprise-wide operational transformation initiatives across Finance Operations and Legal Operations. Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities to automate, standardize, and optimize workflows.

Design and implement AI-enabled solutions using productivity and automation platforms to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency. Build scalable operational systems for approvals, collections tracking, contract lifecycle management, compliance tracking, renewals, and executive reporting. Establish governance frameworks, SLA tracking, escalation mechanisms, and operational KPIs to improve accountability across teams.

Develop centralized dashboards that provide leadership with real-time visibility into operational performance. Partner closely with Finance, Legal, HR, IT, and Executive Leadership to execute strategic initiatives and drive cross-functional alignment. Create standardized operating procedures, process documentation, and governance models that support long-term scalability.

Drive organizational adoption of new processes, automation solutions, and AI-powered productivity tools. Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce leadership dependency on manual coordination. Qualifications Strong experience leading enterprise internal operations transformation initiatives , with ownership of operational excellence, business transformation, or strategic operations programs.

Proven experience transforming Finance Operations and/or Legal Operations by redesigning business processes, eliminating manual workflows, and implementing scalable operational systems. Demonstrated success implementing AI-enabled workflow automation for business operations, including approvals, collections tracking, contract lifecycle management, compliance tracking, renewals, and executive reporting. Hands-on experience designing and deploying operational governance frameworks , including SLAs, KPIs, RACI models, executive dashboards, automated escalations, and standardized operating procedures.

Experience partnering directly with C-level executives (COO, CFO, General Counsel, or equivalent) to define operational strategy, prioritize transformation initiatives, and drive organization-wide execution. Proven track record of delivering measurable operational outcomes , such as reducing manual effort, improving process efficiency, increasing operational visibility, strengthening compliance, and accelerating decision-making through automation. Strong experience evaluating and implementing AI productivity platforms, workflow automation solutions, and low-code/no-code technologies to improve enterprise operations.

Exceptional stakeholder management, systems thinking, and change management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive adoption of new operational processes Preferred Qualifications Experience with workflow automation platforms such as Power Automate, Zapier, Make, Jira, ClickUp, Monday.com, Airtable, or similar tools. Exposure to AI-enabled business operations, automation initiatives, or digital transformation projects . Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or advanced Excel .

Understanding of Finance Operations, Legal Operations, Contract Management, Compliance, Collections, or Governance processes . Background in Consulting, PMO, Business Operations, Process Excellence, or Business Transformation is highly preferred.
