WayToDev is a product studio — "Designing Dreams, Building Reality." We build websites, apps, UI/UX, and AI agents for clients, usually shipping a first working MVP in about 12 days. You'll work directly with designers, backend engineers, and a named project owner — not buried in a big org chart.

What you'll do

• Build responsive, accessible UIs in React 19 + TypeScript, using Vite and React Router
• Turn Figma/UI-UX handoffs into pixel-accurate, production-ready components
• Integrate with backend APIs and handle real-world states: loading, errors, empty states, retries
• Work across 2–3 client projects at a time (websites, apps, internal tools) alongside a small, senior-heavy team
• Participate in code review and help keep the component library consistent

You'll fit well if you have

• 0–3 years of hands-on React experience (internships/freelance/personal projects count)
• Solid JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals — you know why useEffect dependency arrays matter
• Comfort with CSS/responsive layout without leaning entirely on a UI kit
• Basic Git workflow (branches, PRs, resolving conflicts)
• Good written English — most collaboration happens async, in writing

Nice to have (not required)

• Exposure to Vite, Webpack, Vercel any serverless hosting
• Experience shipping something real users touched (side project, freelance client, open source)
• Basic design sense — you notice when spacing/type is off

Logistics

• Remote, but must overlap 10 AM–7 PM IST, Mon–Fri for standups and client calls
• Compensation: ₹3.5–6 LPA, based on experience — negotiable for a strong portfolio
• Laptop/internet: bring your own; a stable connection is non-negotiable for client calls
