Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-performance web applications using Next.js 15 and TypeScript.

Build responsive, premium UIs with Tailwind CSS, Radix UI, and Framer Motion. Integrate real-time features using Socket.io and Firebase. Implement complex interactive tools like Monaco Editor and Excalidraw for technical interview simulations.

Optimize the platform for speed, SEO, and accessibility. Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate OpenAI-powered features and payment gateways (Stripe/Razorpay/Paddle). Qualifications Modern Frontend Mastery: Proven experience with Next.js (App Router), TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.

UI/UX Excellence: A sharp eye for design and experience with Framer Motion for smooth animations and Radix UI for accessible components. State Management: Proficiency in Redux Toolkit and asynchronous data handling. Real-time & APIs: Experience working with RESTful APIs, WebSockets (Socket.io), and Firebase Authentication.

Technical Edge: Familiarity with integrating rich-text editors (Tiptap), code editors (Monaco), or canvas tools is a significant advantage.
