Full-Time Juice Bar Attendant / Barista

City View Racquet Club | All-Day Café

City View Racquet Club is hiring a full-time Juice Bar Attendant / Barista for our All-Day Café.

This is a hands-on hospitality position for someone who can work a counter confidently, make drinks accurately, stay organized during busy periods, and take care of the café beyond the register.

Responsibilities

• Prepare smoothies, fresh juices, coffee, espresso drinks, tea, matcha, and other café beverages

• Operate the espresso, smoothie, and orange juice equipment

• Take guest orders and process transactions through the POS

• Know the menu, modifiers, add-ons, dietary information, and daily 86s

• Help guests navigate the menu and make relevant recommendations

• Maintain a welcoming, attentive counter experience

• Run food and beverages to seated guests when needed

• Monitor the dining area, clear tables, and anticipate guest needs

• Restock fruit, dairy and alternative milks, cups, lids, napkins, syrups, proteins, dry goods, and beverage supplies

• Maintain a clean and organized counter, beverage station, equipment, and guest-facing areas

• Complete opening, midday reset, and closing responsibilities

• Communicate low-stock items, equipment issues, and service notes to the team

What We're Looking For

• Hospitality-minded and comfortable interacting with members and guests

• Dependable and punctual

• Able to stay organized and accurate during busy service

• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

• Willing to clean, restock, and maintain the station throughout the shift

• Interested in learning the full café menu rather than working only one station

• Barista, juice bar, café, or similar food-service experience is preferred

This is a full-time position at City View Racquet Club.
