We are looking for fluent French and English speakers to join our Customer Service team in Porto, supporting customers with car rental reservations and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized support via phone, email, and messaging.

• Assist customers with car rental reservations, policies, and modalities.

• Identify customer needs and recommend additional services.

• Support customers throughout the rental journey: before, during, and after rental.

• Handle post-rental inquiries, including invoices and damages.

• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.

• Identify sales opportunities and deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Fluent/native-level French and English.

• 1+ year of Contact Centre or Customer Service experience preferred.

• Strong sales and communication skills.

• Good digital and platform skills.

• Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution abilities.

• Customer-focused, professional, and solution-oriented.
